Account Settings


I forgot my password. How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password by using the “Forgot Your Password?” function located on the sign in page.  If you do not know the email address associated with your account, please email us at contact@projectinnovate.com

 

I don’t know my username. What do I do?

Your username is listed at the top of your profile page and can be changed via the Account Settings page. You may use your email in lieu of your username to log in. If you do not know your account username or email, you’ll need to send an email to contact@projectinnovate.com. Please provide the full name on the account and the state/province/country associated with the account. 

 

How can I change my username and password?

You can change your username, and password by logging into Alienware Arena and going to your Account Settings page. To change your location, please send an email to contact@projectinnovate.com.  

 

How do I change my email address?

You can update your email by visiting your Account Settings page.

 

I entered my date of birth incorrectly for my account. How can I change this?

To change your account’s date of birth, please contact us at contact@projectinnovate.com.

 

How do I change my profile avatar image?

  1. Go to your account’s "Avatar" page.
  2. Click your current profile image and select a previously approved avatar image or upload a new one for approval.  Please allow 1- 2 business days for approval of a new image.

 

Can I keep my project Private?

Yes! Our project tool has privacy features that allow members to keep their projects private to work on alone or with help from selected collaborators. When creating a project, select “Private” from the drop-down menu. You can toggle private mode on and off. Other community members will be able to see the project’s cover image and title but will not be able to view associated content unless you invite them to collaborate with you. We recommend members use non-specific titles or codenames and only use vague cover art for private projects.

 

Software Key Giveaways

The page says a key was assigned to me but I don’t see it.

You can find the keys that have been assigned to you in your account menu on the "Giveaway" page.

 

If there are no more keys for a giveaway, how do I get one?

Key giveaways are extremely popular and due to demand we might run out quickly. When that happens, the giveaway is over. All available keys are on the website. Please do not contact us to obtain a key.   Project Innovate hosts giveaways as well as sweepstakes and contests regularly, so check back often for new key giveaway opportunities.

 

My key says it’s invalid.

Review the giveaway instructions on the giveaway page and make sure you are redeeming the key you claimed with the correct program. Occasionally there is more than one key giveaway at a time, so double check you claimed the correct software key.
